Rubil for Windows
Dictate into any app on your PC. Rubil reads the app you are focused on and formats to match, then pastes straight into the field you were already typing in.

Same voice, different output
Say the same sentence in Teams and in Outlook and you get two different results. Teams gets a short, direct message. Outlook gets email structure. Word gets clean prose. Rubil looks at the app in front of you, not at a setting you had to remember to change.
It formats what you said. It does not rewrite you, does not summarize you, and does not invent sentences you never spoke.
Windows will warn you once. Here is why.
The first time you run the installer, Windows shows a screen that says “Windows protected your PC.” That is SmartScreen, and it appears for every new software publisher until enough people have installed the app cleanly. It is a reputation queue, not a virus verdict.
To continue, click More info, then Run anyway. The warning disappears on its own as Rubil’s install count grows. We would rather explain this plainly than pretend it will not happen.
Your audio is never stored
Audio is processed and discarded. Transcripts are formatted and discarded. Neither is kept on our servers. Your personal Glossary is the one thing we do store, isolated to your account, so it can sync between your PC, Mac and Chrome.
