The short version: Rubil Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 30 days of a charge and we will make sure you get your money back.

Purchases are processed by Paddle

All Rubil purchases are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle provides checkout, billing, invoices, and refunds for every Rubil transaction. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.

Our 30-day guarantee

If Rubil Pro is not for you, contact us within 30 days of a charge and we will work with Paddle to issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email on your Rubil account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Either path works; we and Paddle see the same request.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from Settings, Manage Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges are made.

The free tier

The free tier costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It is also the best way to know whether Pro is worth it before paying.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you have under the laws of your country.
