Rubil for Mac
Dictate into any app on your Mac. Rubil reads the app you are focused on and formats to match, then pastes straight into the field you were already typing in.
Download for Mac (Free)Same voice, different output
Say the same sentence in Slack and in Apple Mail and you get two different results. Slack gets a short, direct message. Mail gets email structure. Notes gets clean prose. Rubil looks at the app in front of you, not at a setting you had to remember to change.
It formats what you said. It does not rewrite you, does not summarize you, and does not invent sentences you never spoke.
Your audio is never stored
Audio is processed and discarded. Transcripts are formatted and discarded. Neither is kept on our servers. Your personal Glossary is the one thing we do store, isolated to your account, so it can sync between your Mac and Chrome.

Accessibility permission is what lets Rubil paste into the app you are focused on. Microphone permission is what lets it hear you. Rubil asks for both on first launch and works without any other access. Install help.
Also on Chrome
The Mac app covers native apps. The Chrome extension covers the web. They share one account and one Glossary, so most people run both.
