Where it actually stands

The app builds and the core dictation loop runs: speak, and formatted text lands in the field you were typing in. That is the hard part of an iOS keyboard and it works.

What is left is everything between a working build and a shippable app. Wider testing across host apps and iOS versions, then App Store review. We are not publishing a date because we do not have one we would stand behind.

It ships as a keyboard

Rubil on iOS is a keyboard you switch to, not an app you paste out of. You tap the mic, speak, and the formatted text goes straight into whatever you were writing in, whether that is Messages, Mail, Slack or Notion.

Same rule as every other surface. Rubil formats what you said and never rewrites it.

Where it sits in the queue

iOS comes after Windows and before Android. All three are in progress.

You can use Rubil today

Chrome and Mac are both live now, on the same account you will use when iOS ships. Your Glossary carries over.
