# Rubil

Rubil is a voice dictation tool (speech-to-text) for knowledge workers. It transcribes speech and formats it for the platform you're writing in — Gmail gets email structure, Slack gets concise messages, Notion gets clean prose, and 20+ other apps each get platform-appropriate formatting. Rubil formats your words. It never rewrites or generates them. Rubil only knows the words you teach it. This "ghostwriter, not generator" philosophy is the core differentiator from competitors like Wispr Flow, Willow Voice, and Aqua Voice.
